Note: I don't use x2goserver, so I'm not 100% sure if the following applies. As per [1] Mesa (and xorg-server) were rebuild to use the default upstream location of the dri modules. As a follow up TigerVNC has to be rebuild to work [2] due to the way it [ab]uses the xorg-server sources. As x2goserver also borrows some xorg-server code a similar fix might be needed here.
