Unable to upgrade os bc of dependency issue

Additional info:

extra/llvm-ocaml 5.0.1-1 [installed]
extra/ocaml 4.06.0-1 [installed: 4.05.0-1]

* config and/or log files etc.
:: llvm-ocaml: installing ocaml (4.06.0-1) breaks dependency 'ocaml=4.05.0'

It needs to be rebuilt against the new ocaml version anyway, IIRC. That's why the strict dependency versioning.
