Unable to upgrade os bc of dependency issue

:: llvm-ocaml: installing ocaml (4.06.0-1) breaks dependency 'ocaml=4.05.0'

It needs to be rebuilt against the new ocaml version anyway, IIRC. That's why the strict dependency versioning.
