Description: The packages python-tensorflow(-opt|-cuda|-cuda-opt) only ship with the 'examples/tutorials/mnist' example. I think it would be helpful if all examples (from https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/tree/v1.4.1/tensorflow/examples) were included in the package.

Additional info:
* Installed package: python-tensorflow-opt-cuda 1.4.1-3

Reason for closing:  Won't fix

This is an upstream problem, though. For some reason, they decided to only install this example as opposed to all of them. Pretty sure that's an easy to fix oversight on their part. You should report that to them and link the issue here in this bug report.

I could fix it downstream but I want to hear what they have to say about this first.

Apparently they want to keep their package small and recommends cloning the examples from GitHub: https://github.com/tensorflow/tensorflow/issues/17351

So I guess it's working as intended. :)
