Description:
By reproducing the steps, MongoDB crashes with "Failed to mlock: Operation not permitted"

Steps to reproduce:

mongod --dbpath /var/lib/mongodb &
mongo --eval 'db.createUser({user:"test","pwd":"testPass",roles:[{role:"root",db:"admin"}]});'
   mongo.log (13.3 KiB)
   mongo2.log (13.3 KiB)
   mongo3.log (1.2 KiB)
