Description:
To reproduce, you can launch some game from retroarch. Gamepads do not work right away. You can make them work by switching gamepad type (e.g. change "Retropad" to "Retropad w/ Analog" and back again), so they're correctly detected. Also it works only with "Retropad", no others.

Additional info:
* package version(s): 851-1, from commit https://github.com/libretro/nestopia/commit/e4b6750128f8c51fec4113fdb059fea199373c98
* this is an upstream commit to blame https://github.com/libretro/nestopia/commit/5b880ecad358c9d27594d8ffeb0de99fba93768f
* it was reverted later with https://github.com/libretro/nestopia/commit/754d2831c7c4d1ff56046b945fab401f4cce1d0c
but this package version was built from commit just before the revert.

So, building from later commit should be enough to fix it.
