Looks like the icon cache wasn't updated. Run gtk-update-icon-cache -f /usr/share/icons/hicolor to fix it. The next package release of totem will have a force flag included in the postinstall file.

Did you restart the gnome panel (either kill or logout/login)? Other users on the forums confirm this fixes the problem, so it looks weird to me that your issue isn't solved by this.
