https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/6314#issuecomment-335715559 4.9 does not support nsdelegate for cgroup2 systemd detects the lack of feature by setting the option
then detecting it has not been provided and does not supply features that would require the option in its absence. When linux-lts moves to 4.14 the feature will be supported
and the message will no longer be displayed.
