Description:

qt5-multimedia needs gst-plugins-good for camera support. Needs to add it as optional dependency.

Additional info:
* qt5-multimedia 5.10.0-1

Steps to reproduce:

1) Install qt5-multimedia & gst-plugins-bad
2) Compile and run example in http://doc.qt.io/qt-5.10/qtmultimedia-multimediawidgets-camera-example.html
3) Get follwing run time error
"Missing element 'multifilesink' - check your GStreamer installation."
