DetailsDescription: filesystem 2017.12-1 breaks locale
Additional info: * package version(s): 2017.12-1 * Using Zsh Steps to reproduce: upgrade filesystem and log in and /etc/profile.d/locale.sh no longer sources /etc/locale.conf so default locale C is applied everywhere.
