python-pytorch-cuda should provide python-pytorch, otherwise there's a conflict with packages that depend on python-pytorch (eg: python-torchvision-git)

I'm sorry I completely mixed up the package names. I meant to report that python-pytorch-cuda should provide python-pytorch.
