Description:
adding --enable-libxml2 will allow to compile the dash demuxer, it's useful to play/download DASH videos from multiple streaming websites like youtube.
the dash demuxer is available since ffmpeg 3.4.

this command does not work with the Extra ffmpeg package, but it does work with ffmpeg configured with --enable-libxml2:
ffmpeg -i http://rdmedia.bbc.co.uk/dash/ondemand/bbb/2/client_manifest-common_init.mpd -c copy bbb.mp4

It's not using the webm dash demuxer then. libxml2 is a dependency of libbluray so it's guaranteed to be installed, and it's already in [extra] so I don't have any objection to including it. Will do when I've got the x264 rebuild sorted out.
