plasma-desktop 5.11.4-2

Since Qt 5.9.3, it's not possible anymore to create a new text document on the desktop via the context menu, it fails with error "invalid address (URL)". It worked before with Qt 5.9.2 and it's still broken with Qt 5.10-1.
