Description:

`aspcud` should depend on `clingo`, which is correct on the webpage https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/aspcud/, but it shows `none` with the command `pacman -Qi aspcud`.

Additional info:

* side-effect: cause `opam init` returns `grounder returned with non-zero`


Steps to reproduce:

* a clean archlinux
* pacman -S opam
* opam init
