Upon updating to v13, termite no longer starts, complaining about an undefined symbol. Doesn't seem to be an upstream issue since I checked out the repository, ran make, and successfully ran the termite that was built. Anyway - turns out I'm using https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vte3-ng-fullwidth-emoji/ and it's been out of date. I bumped the version and rebuilt it and termite's working fine.
