Description:
Upon updating to v13, termite no longer starts, complaining about an undefined symbol.

Doesn't seem to be an upstream issue since I checked out the repository, ran make, and successfully ran the termite that was built.

Steps to reproduce:
]$ pacman -S termite
]$ termite
termite: symbol lookup error: termite: undefined symbol: vte_terminal_set_allow_hyperlink

If you installed termite with `pacman -S`, your system may not be completely up-to-date -- `pacman -Syu` and try again.

Yeah, this is almost certainly a partial update issue. What version of vte3-ng?
Comment by Musee Ullah (liliff) - Wednesday, 20 December 2017, 01:26 GMT
I actually did run `pacman -Syu` initially - so my system is up-to-date. There aren't any new updates from the binary repositories.

Anyway - turns out I'm using https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vte3-ng-fullwidth-emoji/ and it's been out of date. I bumped the version and rebuilt it and termite's working fine.
