Details

Strongswan sets up IPSEC policies that look same as under Kernel 4.13.

But
ip xfrm state shows strange entries, e.g
src 127.0.0.1 dst 0.0.0.0 ... tmpl src <my_ip> dst <vpn_gateway_ip>


Additional info:
* I have downgraded from Linux Kernel 4.14.4-1 -> 4.13.12-1 and IPSEC routing works as expected
