LXCFS does not really depends on having cgmanager running, it just provides a file system. I have recently moved from plain LXC to LXD, and found that if I want to have LXCFS unit running, it requires to run lxc.service and cgmanager, none of them required for LXD and not really required for LXCFS IMO. Steps to reproduce: Try to start LXCFS systemd unit without having cgmanager running. Just removing the After= Before= and Depends= does the trick in my case. |
