This package is majorly broken. The group file is empty, except for root. Default groups get random gids. The hosts file is completely empty. Who knows what else is broken. How are you supposed to install a new system with this? I've wasted to two evenings on this before I figured it out... (Seriously, this kind of nonsense makes me think to switch to another distribution after 10 years of Arch. Why can't we have some automated QA for packages?) |

Additional comments about closing: All of this works just fine on everyone else's system. Does your system have a functioning sysusers.d(5) setup?
