DetailsHello,
I am using Arch Linux for ARM on a dockstar device. I installed it several months ago using the documentation at: https://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv5/seagate-dockstar When I installed it, it used linux-kirkwood version 4.4.57 as kernel version. It took me a while (plus how to connect the serial to usb cable ;-), to see that it was stuck in "Starting kernel". I manually replaced the uImage file with the original one, and it worked again. I have now forced pacman to install version 4.4.59-1 and it works. So, somewhere between 4.4.57 and 4.4.97, something broke the boot on dockstar. |
