Description:
LSHIFT comes too late (at least with some keys)...
this does not only effect my self-tinkered chorded-keyboard, but also Logitech devices...

Additional info:
* package version: libinput-1.9.3-1-x86_64
* workaround: downgrade to libinput-1.9.2-1-x86_64
* upstream bug report: https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104030

Steps to reproduce:
1. upgrade to libinput-1.9.3-1-x86_64
2. restart xorg
3. press thumb-key#2 and upper-finger-key#1
(instead of an 'E' u c an 'e'
(as if u pressed only upper-finger-key#1 but not also thumb-key#2))
