Details

Description:
Calibre cannot convert books. It also crashes on other functions as well. Reports error:

Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (version 0x50901) with this library (version 0x50903)


Additional info:
* package version(s): 3.12.0-2
* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:
Try to convert books to epub, for example. You can use a command line version:

$ ebook-convert input.txt output.epub

....
Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (version 0x50901) with this library (version 0x50903)
[1] - 13686 abort (core dumped) ebook-convert input.txt output.epub

So you still have something around from Qt 5.9.1. Figure out what it is and fix it. It's not a calibre problem, and almost certainly not a repo problem.
