Details

Description:
Can not run pgadmin4 from non root user (can from sudoers ones with command sudo)

when run from non root user from terminal emulator, see error:
ERROR pgadmin: The desktop user pgadmin4@pgadmin.org was not found in the configuration database.
then a dialog box with title "fatal error" open after many same errors lines occurs and said:
"The application server could not be contacted."

2.0-1
* config and/or log files etc.


Steps to reproduce:
install pgadmin4, try to run it from non root user.
Run it now from root user or sudoers ones...
