In GitLab 10.2 they have "fixed" the gitlab.yml.example to point to /home/git/gitaly/bin: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/commit/85c52f619affa3091d1d83ab662f85b820496816

Because of the sed command in PKGBUILD, we now have /usr/bin/bin which is wrong and should be /usr/bin
