Problem shows up when exporting to final PDF, not just when adding the wrapped image.

It's insert -> float -> figure wrap float

I think my instructions were quite clear. But if you wish, you can download this file. Open it and hit ctrl+R (that's how you build LyX document).

This works fine for me. Try running tools -> reconfigure on lyx

Do you have any latex installation other than the system one? Is it reproducible with a clean user?
