Description:
On Nov 19, fcitx was updated to 4.2.9.5-1. But fcitx-mozc can not convert char to Japanese kana.
It looks like fcitx-mozc worked. But with 'a' key input, it did not display 'あ' but it should be.

At prior version 4.2.9.4-1, fcitx and fcitx-mozc had no problem.
I downgraded fcitx, fcitx-gtk2 and fcitx-gtk3 to 4.2.9.4-1 then the problem disappeared.

Additional info:
* package version(s) fcitx(4.2.9.5-1),fcitx-gtk2(4.2.9.5-1),fcitx-gtk3(4.2.9.5-1)
* config and/or log files etc.
With fcitx-mozc.
fcitx has US keyboard and mozc as input methods.
My desktop env is xfce4.

Steps to reproduce:
1 launch terminal app(xfce terminal)
2 press control+space. You should see some sign of mozc
3 press 'a'. it should display 'あ'. but it did not happen at 4.2.9.5-1 version

Cannot reproduce here, "あ" works fine with fcitx-mozc.

So, you mean inputed 'a' then 'あ' displayed with fcitx-mozc?

Sorry. It is my mistake.
I upgraded fcitx,fcitx-gtk2 and fcitx-gtk3 to 4.2.9.5-1 and rebooted.
Then I found it worked.
