Description:

After a recent system upgrade gitaly won't start anymore with an error about not finding libicuuc.so.59.
My system is fully upgraded, and package core/icu contains libicuuc.so.60.

Maybe just a rebuild missing?

It appears there are, in fact, 3 files in this package linked to the old icu libs.
