qutebrowser requires the script "dictcli.py" to download and configure dictionaries for spellchecking. This directory is omitted in setup.py, but should be added as error messages reffer to the directory and script. I discovered now that the documentation reffers to the master branch, so the script name is "install_dict.py" in 1.0.3, but "dictcli.py" in master.
