ffmpeg from 1:3.4-4 is not linked against libva.so.1 see
$ ldd /usr/bin/ffmpeg | grep libva
libva.so.2 => /usr/lib/libva.so.2 (0x00007fa5f330d000)
libva-x11.so.2 => /usr/lib/libva-x11.so.2 (0x00007fa5ed4ab000)
libva-drm.so.2 => /usr/lib/libva-drm.so.2 (0x00007fa5ed2a8000)
local build or dependency?
