Description:
In local network I have Arch Linux based Samba 4.7.0 server, that works perfectly. On my computer (also Arch Linux) with all packages updated in file managers (as Nautilus) in "Network" I am not able to view my home server.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Simply configure samba server in your local network.
2) If you using Arch/Manjaro use gio tree network:/// and you will not see any samba server. But if you will run gvfs-tree network:/// on Ubuntu 16.04 you will see your server, so In my opinion, problem comes with new gvfs-smb backend.

This is not a bug but a configuration issue. Network browsing relies on SMB1. You probably set the minimum client version to something above SMB1 or disabled SMB1 on the server that you're trying to find.
