Description:
The fish shell tab completions file "scripts/shell_completions/fish/borg.fish" should be copied to "/usr/share/fish/vendor_completions.d"
According to the fish documentation (https://fishshell.com/docs/current/):
Where to put completions
A directory for third-party software vendors to ship their own completions for their software, usually /usr/share/fish/vendor_completions.d
