Description:
dropbear comes with a bundled scp program, it would be nice to also include it in package.

In pkgbuild, in addition to `make`, you can `make PROGRAMS="scp"` to build the bundled scp explicitly.
And `make install DESTDIR="$pkgdir" PROGRAMS="scp"` to install it.

Added scp as a split package. The updated packages will appear in [community] shortly.

It should conflict with openssh, not openssl. Also not sure why it installs a bunch of empty directories.
