As title. That would be useful for packages that a co-maintainer does most of the work. I maintain many packages as a co-maintainer and that's the case for all such packages.

Furthermore, co-maintainers can have more rights over comments like editing or deleting others' comments. That's like GitHub's permission model - the owner of a project (like a maintainer on AUR) can add collaborators (like co-maintainers on AUR), and collaborators can do almost every except adding more collaborators.

Oops please ignore my second paragraph. I thought a maintainer can modify others' comments. I am awfully wrong here.
