Description: rtorrent no longer compiles on a modern Arch Linux system


Additional info:
Version 0.9.6-3 from the official repositories which is also the latest tagged release from upstream.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download rtorrent PKGBUILD
2. Run makepkg
3. Fail
   rtorrent-0.9.6-3-x86_64-build... (167.7 KiB)
