Description:

Package doesn't contain headers.
I obtain follow error when I compile vala apps:
```
error: Package `gee-0.8' not found in specified Vala API directories or GObject-Introspection GIR directories
```

Additional info:
libgee 0.20.0-1


Steps to reproduce:

Compile any of vala app from aur: bookworm, feedreader-git, etc.

The package does contain headers, .vapi, and .gir files. bookworm builds fine in a clean chroot. This sounds like a local problem.
