Details

Description:
It's a line related to Serbian language (line 424) in file /etc/locale.gen:
sr_RS.UTF-8
^
where instead of the point it should be a space
sr_RS UTF-8
^
All other lines in this file have two fields except this one.
After this change, the Serbian language works normally.

Steps to reproduce:
uncoment line 424 in /etc/locale.gen

# locale-gen
Generating locales...
error: Bad entry 'sr_RS.UTF-8'
Generation complete.

Change line in question, (dot to space)
# locale-gen
Generating locales...
sr_RS.UTF-8... done
Generation complete.

$ bsdtar -xf /var/cache/pacman/pkg/glibc-2.26-5-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz
$ awk 'NR==424' etc/locale.gen
#sr_RS UTF-8
The line referenced does not contain a '.' at least in the version extracted from this system's cache of the package.

It definitely does not contain said dot, and Serbian locales work such as they are ever since I started using Archlinux more than a decade ago.
