FS#5622 - vpnc doesn't create /var/run/vpnc automatically

DetailsThe vpnc startup script doesn't create the direcotry /var/run/vpnc on startup which results in several error messages and a [FAILED] status.
The vpn client is running anyway, but can't be terminated by /etc/rc.d/vpnc stop. -> kill works A workaround is to create the directory manually |
