[opensc] opensc 0.17 EstEID ECDSA support

Description:
opensc 0.17 needs a patch to support updated EstEID cards, changed from rsa to ecdsa due to the infenion security issue

This appears that you're requesting that a new feature be backported. Any reason this shouldn't wait until they actually release it?

i dont expect a release happening any time soon and you cant use updated cards without it

I'm not convinced of carrying patches in Arch that are not part of a release upstream - especially when none of the affected EstEID packages are in the repos.

I would suggest you to ask upstream to for a new release instead. Going by the git history, your "anytime soon" remark seems unfair to me.
