Description: tried to rebuild https://git.archlinux.org/svntogit/packages.git/plain/trunk/PKGBUILD?h=packages/gst-plugins-bad

Build fails because gst 1.12.3 does not support beyond openjpeg-2.2 (see https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=788703).
