We'd like to be registered as a T1 mirror ( so we can sync off T0. Is that possible right now?

I generally wait 6 to 9 months before promoting someone to a tier 1 mirror to see if problems occur and how they are dealt with. Apart from this you qualify. I'll keep this report open and get back to you next year.

Would you still like to be upgraded to a Tier 1 mirror?
If so we need the IP from which you will be using rsync against Tier0.

Once I have that I can go ahead and start the process.
