DetailsDescription:
The most recent ncurses update clashes with the libtinfo package. Running sudo pacman -Syu gives as part of its output: core/ncurses 6.0+20170902-1 6.0+20170902-2 ... error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files) ncurses: /usr/lib/libtinfo.so exists in filesystem ncurses: /usr/lib/libtinfo.so.6 exists in filesystem Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded. And I can see these are owned by libtinfo: pacman -Qo /usr/lib/libtinfo.so /usr/lib/libtinfo.so.6 /usr/lib/libtinfo.so is owned by libtinfo 6-24 /usr/lib/libtinfo.so.6 is owned by libtinfo 6-24 |
