Description: optional dependencies correctly include darcs, git and mercurial for downloading packages (different ones are needed for different repositories), but not rsync. After installation running opam init prints the following message:

- you won't be able to use rsync and local repositories unless you install the
rsync command on your system.

The same message is printed for darcs, git and mercurial if not installed.

Additional info:
* package version: opam 1.2.2-3

Steps to reproduce:
1) remove rsync, if installed
2) install opam
3) run opam init
