I would like to submit the following mirror:

Mirror domain name: mirror.koddos.net
Geographical location of the mirror (country): Dronten in The Netherlands
URLs for supported access methods (http(s), rsync) (no ftp): http, https and rsync
Your mirror's available bandwidth: 1 Gbps but can be upgraded
An administrative contact email: mirror@koddos.net
The name of tier 1 mirror you are syncing from. You can find available tier 1 mirrors here (sort using the tier column): rsync://ftp.nluug.nl/archlinux/

Server is monitored 24x7. We are interested to become Tier 1 later.

As for tier 1: We already have two good tier 1 mirrors in the Netherlands and a lot in neighbouring countries. I don't feel like adding another one would help in any way. I'll keep you in mind though if there should be need in the future.
