Kernel : 4.13.5-1

I recently bought a graphics card (R5 230) to benefit from the CrossFire X. I have an AMD-A8 processor (CPU / GPU integrated). I installed the proprietary Catalyst driver. But the graphics card is not recognized as such:
"VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD / ATI] Caicos PRO [Radeon HD 7450]"

Would it be too recent for the kernel as well as AMD Control Center software not to detect it?

Thank you
