Description:
I notice a very clear decline in graphic performance while using my DE. There seems to be a very slight delay to every thing I do which causes windows to be moved. Then while the windows are being moved, the changes are drawn in a delay, slower, and with less frames and in a less fluid manner. This can for example be the pressing of the super-key to view an overview of all windows, or pressing super-key + right-arrow to move a window to the right half of my screen.

My DE is still usable, but the performance difference is clearly noticeable.

I'm fairly certain that this is caused by the 2017-10-14 update. If there were any updates before the 2017-10-14 update in the few days, then it may have been caused by an earlier update.

* using intel graphics on an the XPS 15 9550
* using a single external monitor as well as my built-in display, both on 1920x1080

I'm unsure what solved this issue (I have upgraded no packages), but everything is working as it should again: window moving animations are smooth again. I can't reproduce this issue anymore.
