DetailsI ran into a weird dependency situation today:
-madwifi provides, replaces, and conflicts with madwifi-ng -madwifi-ck conflicts with madwifi-ng This is the result: ----- $ sudo pacman -S nvidia-ck madwifi-ck :: madwifi-ck conflicts with madwifi. Remove madwifi? [Y/n] ----- I tried recompiling madwifi without the provides and replaces fields, but the problem still persisted, so it should be with the conflicts lines, which imho could be removed now. |
