I atempted to create a config.ini

cat ./config.ini Mon 09 Oct 2017 17:54:00 SAST
osgi.splashPath = platform:/base/plugins/org.eclipse.platform
osgi.bundles=org.eclipse.equinox.common@2:start, org.eclipse.update.configurator@3:start, org.eclipse.core.runtime@start
eclipse.product=org.eclipse.sdk.ide
osgi.instance.area.default=@user.home/workspace
eof=eof

This tries to start eclipse and starts to create the various plugins folder in my user .eclipse directory.
But start fails again.
