It leaks gstreamer0.10-mad dependancy in bmpx package to have support of mp3.
It was good at least there a little message to inform the user for the mp3 support.

Additional comments about closing:  The package will not enforce the installation of the mad plugin. I'll get messages from ogg users about how they don't need the mad package.

However I did add a message to the install script.
