Description:
It looks like there is a duplicate group in the arch.conf for lp which causes the error log that says "systemd-sysusers[247]: Two or more conflicting lines for lp configured, ignoring."

arch.conf:g lp 7 - -
arch.conf:m daemon lp
basic.conf:g lp

Haven't seen it in my systemd boot lists but if I manually run

/usr/bin/systemd-sysusers
Two or more conflicting lines for lp configured, ignoring.

I get the error so I will use that to test. Installing now.
