Additional comments about closing: Appears to be a transient hosting server issue, not much to do here except host all sourceforge downloads ourselves since sourceforge sucks...

I tried this and the downloaded file is an HTML file with the message "We're sorry -- the Sourceforge site is currently in Disaster Recovery mode, and currently requires the use of javascript to function. Please check back later."
