Looks like the man page for sshfs is misplaced. It should be located at /usr/share/man/man1/sshfs.1.gz instead of /usr/share/man/1/sshfs.1.gz

$ pacman -Q sshfs
sshfs 3.3.0-2

$ pacman -Ql
sshfs /usr/
sshfs /usr/bin/
sshfs /usr/bin/mount.fuse.sshfs
sshfs /usr/bin/mount.sshfs
sshfs /usr/bin/sshfs
sshfs /usr/share/
sshfs /usr/share/man/
sshfs /usr/share/man/1/
