I am also getting this! I went ahead and flagged https://www.archlinux.org/packages/community/x86_64/wiredtiger/ out of date

Temporary workaround is to mongodb, boost and boost-libs, 3.4.3-2, 1.64-0, 1.64-0 versions respectively

I couldn't find the boost package in my cache so just out of laziness only installed boost-libs-1.64.0-4 and it worked.
